How do I download an asset?
Open the asset you want and select Download Asset. You must be signed into an account with an active membership.
What happens if an asset includes a ZIP package?
When a download package is available, Pictlore delivers the ZIP package. Otherwise, the downloadable master PNG is provided.
Where can I find files I downloaded before?
Sign in and open My Account. Your download history appears there, allowing you to return to previously downloaded assets.
How do I manage my membership?
Open My Account and choose Manage Membership. You will be taken to the secure billing portal where you can manage your subscription.
Can I save assets for later?
Yes. Signed-in users can save PNG assets to Favourites and find them again from their account page.
