Information we process

Depending on how you use Pictlore, this may include your email address, first name, account identifier, account creation date and account authentication information.

We may also process membership status, billing interval, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, cancellation status and membership renewal or end dates.

Pictlore also records information needed for features you use, such as asset download history and saved favourites.

Payments

Pictlore uses Stripe to process payments and subscription billing.

Full payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than being stored directly in the Pictlore application database.

We use information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, provide memberships, protect downloads, remember favourites, maintain download history, provide support and operate and secure the service.

Information may also be used when necessary to prevent misuse, investigate technical or security problems and comply with applicable legal obligations.
